Every detail handled, from transfers to impossible reservations

We had eight days between Positano, Capri, and Ravello. ZOMA booked us into Le Sirenuse and arranged a private boat day with lunch at Da Adolfo before the crowds. They got us into Lo Scoglio on a Saturday night which I was told was impossible. Airport transfers in Naples were waiting at the curb, our suitcases were already in the trunk. We simply arrived and enjoyed every moment.

Four Seasons Punta Mita honeymoon - effortless from wheels-up

Ten nights in an oceanfront Primavera suite at Four Seasons Punta Mita. ZOMA negotiated a complimentary fourth night, a sunset sail with a private chef on board, and a spa cabana for our last morning. Their advisor had pre-coordinated everything with the Four Seasons concierge before we landed - we never filled out a request form. The kind of honeymoon I'd only seen in magazines.

Places we never would have found on our own

Tenth anniversary. ZOMA put us at Canaves Oia Epitome and arranged a private catamaran around Milos with a chef onboard. The surprise that got me was a private dinner on the caldera with a violinist - they remembered I'd mentioned at our intake call that we met at a chamber concert. That is the level of attention we paid for and that is what we got.

Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti - safari without compromise

Eight nights between Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti and a fly-camp under the stars. ZOMA secured a Savannah Suite with private plunge pool overlooking the watering hole, a private vehicle and Maasai-Land Rover guide named Wilson, a hot-air balloon at sunrise on day four with a bush breakfast after. Logistics from JFK to a tented camp were invisible. The most considered luxury trip I have ever taken.

Cherry blossom honeymoon with access we couldn't have gotten alone

Two weeks across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Naoshima during peak sakura. ZOMA secured the Aman Kyoto for four nights and got us a private after-hours visit at the Chishaku-in temple gardens. Dinner at Kichisen - three Michelin stars, normally booked a year out. Their on-the-ground partner met us at every train station with luggage forwarded ahead. The single best travel experience of our lives.

New Year on St. Barths without the chaos

Booked late - mid-November for a New Year's stay. ZOMA still found us a villa in Gouverneur with a chef and arranged Eden Rock dinner on the 31st. Private jet leg from San Juan to SBH was waiting when our commercial flight landed. They earned their fee on the inbound alone.

Four Seasons Explorer Maldives - three nights island-hopping

Three nights on Four Seasons Explorer between FS Landaa Giraavaru and FS Kuda Huraa, with diving twice a day. ZOMA built this into a longer Maldives itinerary - four nights Landaa, three nights on Explorer, three nights Kuda Huraa.
